As a reasonably keen runner already, working with Karen has helped my performances to move up a level. She tailored an excellent training plan for me in the 2011 London marathon, which contributed massively to me achieving a personal best of 3 hrs & 5 minutes. In 2012, I worked with Hywel again and at the Virgin London Marathon he broke the 3 hour barrier with a hard earned 2.58. Next target – 2.50!
