Running is a skill that can be learned. Although if you are happy just running as you are, that’s fine too. But do you keep getting injured or feel that you have stopped improving? Then may be its time to consider whether you running form is holding you back. Running with good technique will not only reduce your injury risk, but it will also help you improve your performance by making you a more efficient runner.
Join my practical Run Technique Workshop to learn about (and put into practice) the 5 key areas of technique. We’ll use video analysis so you can really understand how you run and what you need to work on. Then through a series of drills and exercises I’ll teach you how you can work on each of those 5 areas. Be warned though – this is just your first step! Changing your running form is about breaking habits and putting in place new ones – this takes time, patience and persistence. This workshop will give you the tools you need, and give you a glimpse into the runner you could be. But then its down to you……. practice, practice, practice.
I limit attendance at my workshops so that everyone gets individual feedback, so if you are interested, book your place as soon as possible. I also offer 1-2-1 technique sessions which you may prefer for more detailed and specific feedback, or should you be unable to attend a workshop.
